समूह 'क' (Group 'A')
(संक्षिप्त उत्तरात्मक प्रश्नहरु/ Short answer questions)
कुनै आठ प्रश्नको उत्तर दिनुहोस्। (Attempt any Eight questions) [8x8=64]
1. व्यवस्थापनलाई विज्ञान र कलाको रुपमा व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्। (Explain management as a science and an art.) [4+4]
2. योजना भनेको के हो? संगठनमा योजनाको महत्वबारे व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्। (What is planning? Explain the importance of planning in organization.) [2+6=8]
3. व्यवस्थापकीय निर्णयको अवधारणा प्रस्तुत गर्दै प्रक्रियाका चरणहरुबारे वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (Give the concept of management decision and explain the steps involved in decision making process.) [2+6=8]
4. निर्देशनका तत्वहरुको बारेमा वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (Explain the components of direction?) [8]
5. मास्लोको उत्प्रेरणा आवश्यकता श्रिङ्खलाको बारेमा वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (Describe about Maslow's need hierarchy theory of motivation.) [8]
6. नेतृत्व भनेको के हो? नेतृत्वमा हुनुपर्ने व्यवस्थापकीय गुणहरुको वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (What is leadership? Explain the managerial qualities of leadership.) [2+6=8]
7. सुपरिवेक्षण अवधरणा उल्लेख गर्दै सुपरिवेक्षणलाई असर गर्ने तत्वहरुको बारेमा वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (Give the concept of supervision and explain the factors affecting supervision. [2+6=8]
8. संचारका भिन्न प्रकारहरु बारे व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्। (Explain the different types of communication.) [8]
9. समन्वय भनेको के हो? समन्वयका विधिहरु बारे वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (What is co-ordination> Explain the techniques of co-ordination.) [2+6=8]
10. नियन्त्रणको अवधारणा उल्लेख गर्दै यसका प्रक्रियाहरुको बारेमा वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (Give the concept of control and explain it's processes.) [2+6=8]
अथवा (Or)
संगठनमा सहभागितामूलक व्यवस्थापनको महत्वबारे वर्णन गर्नुहोस्। (Explain the importance of participative management in organizations.) [8]
समूह 'ख' (Group 'B')
(विस्तृत उत्तरात्मक प्रश्नहरु/ Long answer questions)
कुनै दुई प्रश्नको उत्तर दिनुहोस्। (Attempt any two questions) [2x18=36]
11. हेनरी फेयेलको प्रशासनिक व्यवस्थापन सिद्दान्तहरु बारे व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्। (Explain the administrative management principles introduced by Henry Fayol.) [18]
12. अधिकार प्रत्यायोजन बारे स्पष्ट गर्दै अधिकार प्रत्यायोजन र विकेन्द्रीकरण वीच भिन्नता देखाउनुहोस्। (Clarify about delegation of authority and show the difference between delegation of authority and decentralization.) [6+12=18]
13. वीमा भनेको के हो? वीमा करारका लागि आवश्यक वीमाका आधारभूत सिद्दान्तहरु बारे व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्। (What is insurance? Describe the fundamental principles of insurance contract.) [6+12=18]
